Yesterday, Audrina Patridge of MTV’s The Hills, let her blog’s readers know her house had been robbed.
Apparently surveillance cameras were able to capture the thieves at work.

We all saw Good Morning America’s Robin Roberts wearing J.Crew on the Oscars red carpet.
But what many people didn’t know is that without Suze Yalof Schwartz, Executive Fashion Editor-at-Large of Glamour magazine, it probably wouldn’t have come off.
Apparently, Schwartz introduced Roberts to J.Crew’s Creative Director, Jenna Lyons who then took both of them to the New York Headquarters to meet up with the J.Crew design team.
That’s when they selected a possible red carpet look for the TV host.
You may have seen a little bit of it GMA, with viewers ultimately voting on what Roberts would wear.
We’re told that the “Gracie” gown in Fresh Tangerine was made especially for her and more than likely, won’t be available mass market.
However, the color is part of the fall 2009 Collection.

Versace has indicated that it will make its Versus line “more accessible” to a “wider clientele” according to a Reuters report today.
I think what they really meant to say is that they’ll be making their brand a little less expensive, with the aim of boosting their bottom line.
Before you go off getting all excited, I must point out that the new, more affordable Versus will only become available in 2010.

Versace said in a statement it had signed a deal with Italian company Gruppo Facchini, which operates in clothing, hotels and contemporary art, and will start with a clothing and accessories collection for Spring/Summer 2010.
It is expecting turnover of more than 700 million euros ($896.9 million) in the first five years. A new company, VSV, will be created and Gruppo Facchini’s Mathias Facchini will be chief executive.
While its Versace line is a red carpet favorite among celebrities and its glamorous gowns cost thousands of euros, the group’s Versus line aims to offer luxury that is more “aspirational, more accessible,” CEO Giancarlo Di Risio told Reuters.
“These are two very different brands … Versace is a brand that represents the high end of luxury,” Di Risio said.
“Wanting (Versace) to remain at this level, we thought of Versus as offering … more man on the street prices and offers … to cover a different audience.”
“It is a market that we do not have,” he added.
In January, Di Risio was quoted saying Versace’s core customer did not queue for bargains at post-Christmas sales in Italy’s fashion capital, but was “on the slopes in St Moritz or on a boat on the Caribbean.”
Di Risio said Versus would open 20 boutiques by 2011 all over the world.

This time, it’s The Fashion Show.
The show will follow professional designers as they compete for a chance to have their lines sold for a mass market.
Kelly Rowland has been selected to co-host the show with Isaac Mizrahi, Creative Director for Liz Claiborne.
They’ll be joined by judge, Fern Mallis who packs a pretty impressive resume.
Mallis is the SVP at IMG Fashion and the creator of New York Fashion Week.
No word on a specific premiere date yet; a Bravo press release only pointed out that the show will air “later this year.”
