Keds has launched an interesting designer collaboration with Barneys New York and Loomstate.
You’ve probably heard about Loomstate and their use of organic cotton in every product they put out.
The “green” designer collection, labeled “Keds(R) by Loomstate,” is exclusively available at select Barneys New York stores nationwide and on www.barneys.com beginning this June.
The shoes are priced at $75 a pair.
They comprise of 100% certified organic uppers and linings, nickel free eyelets and 100% recycled insole boards.
“A percentage of proceeds donated to The Organic Exchange through 1% For The Planet,” Keds tells us.
Not a bad idea at all…
