Sooo Fabulous!

September 10, 2010 should be a night fashionistas remember.

And recessionistas, too. (That is, if we’re still using words recession-related next year.)

Now to the point.

Yesterday, the Mayor of New York, Vogue and other stakeholders confirmed that Fashion’s Night Out will return next year.

If you missed it this year, you lost out on fabulous deals and after-hours shopping at more than 800 stores across five boroughs.

And to prove it was fabulous, here’s Anna Wintour’s co-sign.

We were absolutely bowled over by the response to Fashion’s Night Out. It was only fifteen minutes after the event began and we were getting reports about lines around the block at stores throughout the city.

Now all you need to do is mark your calendar.

(P.S. It would be incredibly stupid of me not to mention that London, Paris, Milan, Berlin, Madrid, Moscow, Athens, Taipei, Tokyo, Beijing, Sao Paolo and New Delhi will also host their editions of FNO on the same night! Indeed, an international affair…)
