Mo’Nique’s Winning Looks!

Actress Mo’Nique has been illuminating the red carpet at some of the industry’s major film awards this season. Her performance in the multi-award winning film “Precious” was truly outstanding, capturing honors for Best Supporting Actress’ and ‘Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role’ at the award ceremonies.

We at Sooo Fabulous! couldn’t keep our eyes off Mo’Nique’s winning looks.

New from Jimmy Choo!

Jimmy Choo nearly knocked my socks off when they announced the launch of a “special collection” alongside Spring Summer 2010.

Labeled “CHOO 24:7,” the collection is being described as the “‘perfect shoe wardrobe.”

It offers updated versions of founder, Tamara Mellon’s, favourite styles in a range of colours, materials and heel
heights.

Justin Timberlake’s New Vision

Justin Timberlake’s fashion brand, William Rast, best known for its denim designs, has ventured on to a new fashion path.

Today parent company, People’s Liberation, confirmed the 2011 debut of  William Rast Eyewear and William Rast Racing Eyewear.

Viva International Group, linked with brands like GUESS, Escada and Tommy Hilfiger, will produce and distribute the new collections.

William Rast eyewear, which will include sunglasses and prescription pieces, will be available in William Rast stores, upscale department stores and specialty retailers.

Gaga for Haiti!

One singer is giving her fans the chance to declare their love for Haiti.

Lady Gaga has officially launched a Gaga for Haiti campaign, she confirmed via Twitter today.

In addition to launching a T-shirt design in aid of Haiti relief, the singer says she will donate 100% of profits made from Gaga online merchandise sales today.

Who Wore What :: 16th Annual SAG Awards

It was a mixed bag of looks that streamed along the red carpet at the 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards last night.

Here’s our roundup of the top five trends that got our attention.

  1. Red floor-length gowns featuring an asymmetrical shoulder. Mariah Carey, Katrina Bowden and Kristina Hendricks shared similar looks
  2. Shortened hemlines in off-white à la Marion Cotillard, Jennifer Carpenter  and Sherri Shepherd
  3. Soft, flowy fabrics as seen on Mariana Klaveno, Julie Benz, Diane Kruger and Paula Patton, who also sported a baby bump
