Jill Scott Shares Weight Loss Secrets!

Notice anything different about Jill Scott lately?

The singer, whose album, “Light of the Sun,” debuted at No. 1 on Billboard this week, has lost 63 pounds!

According to “US Weekly,” the 39 year old got started on an intense fitness plan after having a baby in April 2009.

The magazine also reports that Jill is continuing with her healthy journey: “three low-fat meals and two snacks per day in addition to 60-minute cardio and strength-training sessions three times a week with L.A. pro Scott Parker.”
