Today, Material Girl, revealed its first marketing campaign, featuring Taylor Momsen.

Look for the “Gossip Girl” actress / “The Pretty Reckless” musician in print, cinema, outdoor, online and in-store advertising.

Three Years of Threads for Footballers

If you call football “soccer,” it’s you probably won’t care much for this post.

However, if you’re a die-hard fan with a soft spot for fashion, you may want to read on.

Today, we learned that Dolce & Gabbana has signed on with Chelsea Football Club to provide formal club suits for the team in the coming three years.

In addition, the iconic fashion house will create the “Dolce & Gabbana Lounge” in the West Stand at Stamford Bridge and redesign the club’s main office reception.

Why you ask? According to Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, the choice was pretty simple.

“Football players are style icons both on and off the pitch and, on top of this, there is our love of England and of London, which have always been a source of inspiration for our work,” they said.

The intrigue with Lady Gaga’s fashion choices continues. So much that her style is the entire subject of an episode of VH1′s new six-part series, “The Short List.”

The 10 Craziest Lady Gaga Fashion Moments, the premiere show of the series, airs July 30 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.

According to VH1, we can expect their commentators to bring humorous perspectives on Gagaloo’s outfits, including the red latex gown she wore to meet the Queen of England. Word is the bubble dress, and the infamous Kermit-inspired frock also get play.
