About a month ago, Target got us talking when it announced a new partnership with Rodarte.

The collection has been in stores since December 20 and I’d be crazy not to agree with the PR folks over there who have labeled it an “amazingly-priced collection.”

Here are my top three picks–none of which costs more than $110 btw!
