Christian Louboutin is going hard on web sites selling fake versions of their shoes.

The designer label has launched a new web site, www.stopfakelouboutin.com, to deal with the counterfeiting.

The Louboutin camp says it will be tackling sites offering fake products, their sources, distributors, as well as the auction sites and trading companies involved.

“Websites selling low low priced Louboutin looking shoes (so called “cheap Louboutin”) are probably not selling the real thing. We make no shoes in Asia. There is no factory in China that can sell legitimate shoes to anyone as we do not use any factories in China,” reinforced Christian Louboutin via the web site.
