The super 17 have finally been revealed!

And if their bios, photos and sketches are anything to go by, I think we’re in for one wild ride during season 8 of “Project Runway.”

Just from looking around their new online home,  I’m already in love with Andy South, the Hawaiian with the fly haircut, whose Facebook cred is already trumping his other co-stars’.

Maybe we like him because he reminds us of Christian Siriano, or it could be his wit. When asked about his strengths, his reply is “I sew like I’m in a sweatshop.”

Andy or any one of the other 16 contestants will walk away with $100,000 from L’Oreal Paris to start his/her own line, a fashion spread in Marie Claire magazine, and the opportunity to design and sell an exclusive collection on Piperlime.com.
