We’re just one episode in but “Project Runway” season eight is shaping up to be pretty interesting.

In an extended half hour edition, we saw unprecedented ranting from the judges, not a better view of the clothes (we hope you fix this soon, Heidi!)

But one day before we peasants took in the season premiere, the “Project Runway” gang–and their guests–were at the Empire Hotel in New York City for their premiere party.
