Essence Magazine is celebrating its 40th Anniversary with a supermodel cover in September.

Iman, Liya Kebede and Naomi Campbell grace the  front page in a tribute to Black beauty.

This issue also features the fierce and fabulous Black women of our time, including Maya Angelou, Oprah and Serena Williams.

As part of the celebrations, Iman also joined Essence Magazine for the ringing of the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange today.
