I knew it would only be a matter of time before reality TV’s darling made a comeback on the small screen as a star.

Lauren Conrad, former “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills” star has confirmed a spot back in MTV’s show lineup.

The fashion-designer-author will star in a reality show about the launch of her newest fashion line, MTV News reports. No premiere date has yet been confirmed.

It’ll be interesting to see how this fits in with “The City,” which follows Whitney Port on her journey to be coming an accomplished fashion designer, don’t you think?
