I love it when stars rock looks for less!

Eva Mendes and Kelly Osbourne were spotted recently wearing H&M–both looks for under $100.

Eva, strolling through Europe, got the photogs’ attention in the new dress featured in the store’s Fall collection. H&M says it arrives in stores next week.

Kelly Osbourne–whose new image I love, by the way–covered this week’s edition of “US Weekly.” Her dress is already in stores, retailing for $59.95.
