Stars hit the red carpet Saturday night in Los Angeles for an amazing cause: the 2010 CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute.

Held at The Shrine Auditorium, the event honored the news network’s top 10 Heroes for the year for their outstanding humanitarian work.
