All the style fantasies I had as a kid growing up in the 90’s are about to come true. That is, if  the Vena Cava Fall 2011 collection is anything to go by.

The fashion brand completely shut down Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York–and it was only Day One.

The designing duo of Lisa Mayock and Sophie Buhai not only brought the 90’s back in their runway show on Thursday but they also did it justice.

Chock-full of chocolaty hues, crop tops, flowy trousers, berets and chokers, Vena Cava delivered a collection of note that showcased all the edge, grit and glamour of the era.

And just like that, as if the design deities have finally heard my prayers, everything I dreamed of wearing as I child is about to hit the racks. And I love it!
