Today in Berlin, Zoe Saldana was announced as the new face of the Calvin Klein women’s Fall 2010 ad campaign.
The actress, best known for her roles in “Avatar” and “Star Trek,” will be featured in ads for the new Calvin Klein Underwear Envy line.
The campaign was shot by fashion photog, Mikael Jansson in New York City. It hits print, digital and outdoor outlets in time for October 2010 magazine issues.

Hayden Panettiere was stunning last night as she attended the Earth Day celebration and screening of Avatar at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live.
The actress shocked entertainment media with the debut of a haircut, which gets two thumbs up from me.
The event benefited the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools.

OK. It’s official.
After about four days, there’s no question that quite a few of Hollywood’s celebs created a whole lot of buzz on Oscar night.
Personally, we liked Jennifer Lopez in her stunning pink Giorgio Armani Privé gown.

Zoë Saldana has signed a sweet deal with Avon.
Today, Avon announced that the “Avatar” actress will be the exclusive spokeswoman for the brand’s new fragrance, Eternal Magic.
Set for an April 2010 debut, the fragrance is being described as “embodying timeless grace, beauty and elegance.”
Of course, Zoë will be featured in Avon’s publicity tools as part of the deal.
She will also be one of the faces of Avon’s color cosmetics category in the coming months.
