Avon to Sponsor Black Eyed Peas Tour

In a move, which will very likely broaden its popular appeal, Avon has signed on as an official sponsor of The Black Eyed Peas “The E.N.D. World Tour 2010.” With this move, the company joins a roster of supporting brands that includes BlackBerry and Bacardi.

Avon will be the exclusive fragrance and cosmetics tour brand, a partnership which lines up with the company’s recent announcement that it will collaborate with Fergie on a fragrance called “Outspoken.” It launches in Western Europe in May 2010, followed by launches in North America, Latin America and other global markets in the coming months.


Black-Eyed-Peas Flavor for Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

Come December 1, a three-time Grammy Award-winning band and a $3 million dollar bra will take center stage.

That’s when The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show airs on CBS.

Taped in New York,  the show will feature the Black Eyed Peas as the sole musical guest.

In addition, Marisa Miller will rock the $3 million Harlequin Fantasy Bra designed by renowned Italian jeweler Damiani.

Of course, Supermodels Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, Doutzen Kroes and a bevy of other Victoria’s Secret Angels will join Miller as stars in the holiday-infused lingerie runway show.

Also look out for red carpet interviews, model profiles and a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the celebrated fashion show.

Seems like we’ve been hearing about this forever.

Finally, Fergie and Fergalicious by Fergie footwear have begun their spring launches.

What’s the difference between the two?

Apparently, Fergie footwear is a line of sophisticated, sexy footwear with a glam rock influence. 

They’re priced between $69 and $129, and available at stores like Nordstrom, Von Maur, Belk and Bon Ton.

Fergalicious by Fergie are more fun and funky, according to Brown Shoe, the company behind the project.

That line is available at Famous Footwear, FamousFootwear.com, JC Penney and Sears for $39-$69.
