No more Siriano on Bravo?!
I still can’t believe it–not when so many people were beginning to enjoy all his fabulousness on TV!
Today, the Project Runway alum and designer announced via Twitter that his show on Bravo will be no more.
Just before 6 p.m. ET, Christian tweeted, “hi all just to let you know my show last week was a special and there will be no more siriano on Bravo! But thanks for the support xoxo.”
He continued, “bravo are good friends but it was my choice to do a special not a series! we could do more but i want to work, not on tv, busy busy!!!”
In October 2009, Bravo announced the debut of the designer’s new show.

If you somehow find yourself needing a little more Rachel Zoe in your life, you can start thanking Target now.
The national chain will begin exclusive sales of “The Rachel Zoe Project” DVD sets on April 13.
On shelves for a 12-week run, other DVD titles from Bravo will also be on sale, including “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” “The Real Housewives of New York City” and “Kathy Griffin: My Life On The D-List.”
The DVD set of seasons one and two of “The Rachel Zoe Project” will debut in the DVD section at Target and Target.com and will be sold separately at a special value.
Btw, Rachel Zoe dispatches a pretty neat email newsletter, The Zoe Report, everyday.
If you’re a fan, you MUST sign up for her uber-useful style reports!
Admittedly, we’re all super-excited for the return of Project Runway Season Seven on Lifetime.
Meanwhile, I’m sure it won’t hurt to check out “Launch My Line” on BRAVO, ex-TV home of our beloved designer dueling show.
Why watch? Well, for starters, “Launch My Line” features Lady Gaga on its episode Wednesday, January 6 at 10/9c.
In April, Bravo TV piqued my interest when they announced the pending debut of “Launch My Line.”
Then I really paid attention when they said the show would feature Dan and Dean of DSQUARED2.
Yes, it’s fairly obvious that this is Bravo’s response to Project Runway’s epic move to Lifetime.
But a part of me feels like “Launch My Line” may wriggle its way into our Wednesday TV-watching habits after it debuts December 2 at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

How did I miss this?!
When @bluefly_com tweeted about Christian Siriano’s new show on Bravo, I found myself voraciously scouring the internet for more confirmation.
Turns out I had the press release all along! *smh*
Now on to the deets!
According to the release, The Untitled Christian Siriano Project will follow the New York based designer as he takes his burgeoning fashion lines and career to the next level.
“Tackling a challenging business environment as well as intense expectations from the fashion community and fans alike, Christian strives to build a groundbreaking career in fashion,” says Bravo.
Siriano’s fabulousness in fashion started when he was just 13. He interned for both Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood, and showed his first small collection during London fashion week in the Fall of 2005.
By the way, look out for his book, “Fierce Style: How To Be Your Most Fabulous Self,” (http://www.hachettebookgroup.com) scheduled for release this month.
