Last night, it was that time of year again.
Unlike past events, however, the Costume Institute Gala seemed to have no single “it” trend that dominated the red carpet. Everything from sequins to jewel tones to elaborate (and I do mean elaborate) trains to pastels and traditional black popped up.
Sure, the fashion world was raving about red after Sunday’s Emmy Awards.
But there were a few celebrities who didn’t cave to the evening’s it color, and still managed to emerge best dressed.
Tonight in London, the red carpet was packed with celebrities from the world of film for the 2010 Orange British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs).
Quite a few familiar faces from across the pond put in an appearance at the event, held at the Royal Opera House.
