Nicki Minaj’s rap on Drake’s “Make Me Proud” isn’t all hot air. She’s proving she’s an inimitable force to be reckoned with in the beauty and fashion departments.

This week, an official announcement on her first fragrance came from Give Back Brands LLC, the company behind Justin Bieber’s “Someday” scent.

Gucci Turns Up The Heat with Guilty Ad

After releasing the trailer about a week ago, Gucci today unveiled its much talked about commercial for its new fragrance.

Starring Evan Rachel Wood (of “True Blood” fame) and Chris Evans, the spot for Gucci Guilty has already racked up more than 250,000 views on YouTube.

Frank Miller has director credits for the steamy commercial, which will be featured at the MTV VMA’s on September 12. For more, check out www.gucciguilty.com.

Natalie Portman Lands Dior Deal

Natalie Portman is set to become the new face of Dior.

This news comes from Christian Dior Parfums, who announced that this is the first time the Oscar-nominated and Golden-Globe-winning actress has collaborated with a perfume and cosmetics brand.

“We are extremely excited to have Miss Portman embody our House,” said Claude Martinez, President and CEO. “She will symbolize with grace the values of luxury and the glamour of Dior.”

The announcement was also made to Dior Facebook fans today.
