As style icon Kate Moss wraps up her three-year design relationship with Topshop, it’s truly sad to see the collection go. (Check out this video.)
But it seems the model is already busying herself with other things

Ever walked through the cosmetics aisle, thought about trying the Rimmel brand but then totally bypassed it for something more familiar (and American)?
Well, Rimmel is trying to change that.
How? By splashing a few celebrity faces across their marketing efforts.
Topshop’s PR people have tipped that it’s all oriental-inspired party pieces, plus–get this–lingerie!
Here’s what we can expect?
Kimono-shape dresses in chiffons and silks alongside prints of bamboo, flying stalks, lotus flowers and fireworks, with chic, smart tailoring featuring once again.
If you’re still wondering, “Why lingerie?” here’s what Kate says.
“I love beautiful nightwear, it makes you feel great. I’ve collected millions of vintage slips, nighties, camis and bed jackets. Who doesn’t want fab nightwear for Christmas?”
And I absolutely can’t argue with that rationale.
Never look like you’ve tried too hard – or rather don’t try too hard! Mismatching can add a much more personal touch to an outfit. – Kate Moss
So guess who were the surprise guests on the red carpet at the Vogue Icon Celebration Event in Beijing today?
It wan’t your regular well tone celeb or supermodel.
It was Mickey and Minnie, the Disney animated duo.
Arriving with leading Chinese supermodel Du Juan, Mickey and Minnie joined 500 other fashion icons including Kate Moss, Jessica Stam, Maggie Cheung, and Milla Jovovich.
The two characters were dressed by internationally renowned fashion designer Vivienne Tam.
According to the Disney camp, their outfits were specially designed to celebrate Disney’s ‘Year of the Mouse’ festivities and are a beautiful blend of festive reds and pinks inspired by catwalk trends to capture the festive spirit of this past Chinese New Year.
I must admit, Minnie’s dress is kinda fly!
If not, you seriously need to put it on your things-to-do list.
In other news…, the UK store has launched its Kate Moss for TOPSHOP Autumn collection along with its official US site.
To celebrate these two hallmark launches, they’ll be offering for free and exclusively to the first United States customers, a Kate Moss charity T-shirt.
For each T-Shirt received, they will make a donation on behalf of Kate to the Starlight Children’s Foundation. (Yaaaayy!)
