In two weeks, I’ve been booked on that journey four times, amid Winter conditions that have turned America’s travel plans upside down.
These quick trips have been a whirlwind: sleeping overnight in a departure lounge, uber-expensive airport-to-hotel transfers (pun intended), unplanned spending on accommodation, and insanely long rebooking queues.
