When I think of a match made in heaven, I don’t exactly think Venus Williams and Ralph Lauren. But stranger things have happened, no?
This week, shorts took center stage in star style.
Designer, Rachel Roy, rocked a slightly longer hemline, while Mary J. Blige and Karina Pasian opted for much briefer looks.
But what really got my attention was Grace Woodward’s fun getup at the press launch of Britain’s Next Top Model — geek chic at its best!

The U.S. Olympic Team sported Polo Ralph Lauren when they paraded at the Official Opening Ceremony of the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
The Polo Ralph Lauren 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Parade Outfits were officially unveiled to spectators around the world during the dynamic presentation.
Reflecting the brand’s trademark sporty sophistication and refined sensibility, the uniforms had a 1920’s and 1930’s classic theme.
The ensemble featured a polished and tailored silhouette including a crisp white cotton shirt and ivory cuffed pants, complemented by a navy blue blazer in tropical wool.
Of course, the blazer was emblazoned with the iconic Polo Pony and the 2008 U.S. ‘Look of the Team’ logo.
